    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Supplier Negotiations
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Relations
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and build customer loyalty.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Complaints
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
