Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Provisioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality network solutions and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of network programs and projects, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with network projects, ensuring minimal disruption to our customers.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Project Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets and finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in access network, with a strong understanding of network technologies and solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and French language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Management Experience: Prior management or supervisory experience, with a strong understanding of team leadership and development.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction, as well as other Bell Canada systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a regular term, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be based in Canada and will report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
