We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nonprime Finance to spearhead a new initiative focused on expanding our nonprime finance operations across all dealerships. This key leadership role will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize success in this crucial area of the automotive industry.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive Nonprime Finance strategies and processes for Bruce Auto Group.
  • Establish seamless communication channels and workflows between the nonprime department and dealerships to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of implemented strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of centralized Nonprime Finance Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive training to Sales Managers and Financial Services Managers at dealerships on all aspects of nonprime business practices.
  • Generate regular and insightful reports on nonprime performance for Senior Leadership Team and General Managers.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging work environment that prioritizes ethical business practices, synergy, accountability, innovation, and high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime lenders to secure favorable financing options.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Center to implement effective processes for handling nonprime leads.
  • Provide training and guidance to Approval Coordinators at the BDC, ensuring consistent application of best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Automotive Nonprime Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience successfully managing and leading a sales team.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel between our various dealership locations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing lender relationships and securing nonprime financing.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
