Director of Nonprime Finance Operations

Bruce Auto Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our nonprime finance operations across all dealerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive growth and profitability in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute nonprime finance strategies to maximize revenue and minimize risk
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime lenders to secure financing opportunities
  • Lead a team of nonprime finance specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with dealerships to implement processes and communication strategies that drive synergy and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive nonprime finance
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading a sales team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel between dealerships
  • Proven track record of success in managing lender relationships and securing nonprime financing
