Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace units
  • Discuss work with supervisor and review work orders
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service and test repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Dependability, reliability, and team player skills
  • Steel-toed safety boots and tools required
