Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at 1670676 Ontario Inc. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Confirm findings with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
  • Discuss work with supervisor
  • Review work orders
  • Road test motor vehicles
  • Test automotive systems and components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
Work Environment:

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and use tools to perform your duties.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
