Operations Development Leader - Women's Health - 5 Shift System
Organon is a worldwide healthcare organization focused on enhancing women's health. We are in search of a dedicated Operations Development Leader to oversee a group of Operators within the bulk production and packaging sectors. Your primary role will be to guarantee that quality and safety standards are upheld, meet production targets, and address operational challenges. You will work closely with a team of Operations Development Leaders and report directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and nurture a team of 15-20 Operators
- Align activities with planners and colleagues to achieve production objectives
- Assist in maintenance and ongoing improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to quality protocols
- Analyze data and implement enhancements based on performance metrics
- Lead investigations into root causes of quality or safety concerns
Qualifications:
- Completed HBO/WO degree
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Strong emphasis on results, quality, and compliance
- Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English
- Capability to inspire and mentor a team
- Collaborative, hands-on, and proactive approach
- Innovative, creative, and analytical mindset
