We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong educational background in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration, Leadership, or a health-related field such as health sciences, nursing, or medicine, or social sciences. A minimum of five years of experience working in a health care environment, preferably primary care, and four years of recent experience in strategic planning, community development, or program development are required.

Essential Skills and Abilities
  • Proven expertise in facilitation, consensus building, networking, and liaison between multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing policy and procedure in health care environments.
  • Understanding of health care system service delivery structures and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and prioritize initiatives within set timelines.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster an environment where quality improvement principles are valued.
