About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Core Product Experience team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of new features within our core product experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans for big ticket initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Provide technical architecture guidance and support to product and engineering teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Maintain open communication channels with product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular program status to various stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in successful technology program delivery and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects across multiple products and stakeholder groups, with a strong focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to lead and participate in technical conversations with software engineers.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet or other project management tools.
  • Experience in working with or managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Certifications in program management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) a plus.
