We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at Boxcar Donuts Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of bakers and production staff
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
  • Ensure all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
