We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician to join our team at dentalcorp. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare treatment rooms for each patient, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist dentists and hygienists with clinical procedures, providing support and maintaining patient comfort.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest sterilization and infection control procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sterilization role is considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
