Meat Department Supervisor

About the Role:
The Meat Manager is a key member of the store team, responsible for leading the meat department to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the meat department budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience, preferably in a meat department.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
