About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Innovation Leader to join our AI Factory team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and operating innovative AI systems that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI System Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI systems that generate competitive advantages for the Bank.
  • AI Performance Assessment: Apply best practices to assess AI system performance and guide the Bank towards the best technological choices.
  • AI System Operations: Ensure the quality and stability of AI systems operated in production.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal partners and customers to achieve delivery and satisfaction objectives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Educate colleagues on regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and responsible AI principles.
  • Team Leadership: Coach interns and junior scientists on AI best practices and development methodologies.
  • Research and Development: Contribute to research and development activities through partnerships with the academic community.
  • Culture Promotion: Participate in the dissemination and promotion of the AI transformation culture within the Bank.
About the Team

You will be part of a team of 20 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of the AI Factory. Our team is known for its expertise in artificial intelligence, quality of delivery, customer experience, creativity, and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's or doctoral degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in AI system development and deployment in a complex business context.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python programming languages, SQL, AI libraries, and at least one other programming language.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of modeling and machine learning concepts and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
  • Experience with Large Language Models: Experience working on systems based on large language models.
