Senior AI Developer Join Our Team as a Senior AI Developer

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to join our growing team. As a key member of our squad, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing our event-oriented architecture, collaborating with testers, and optimizing our platform for maximum velocity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop event-oriented architecture
  • Collaborate with testers to set up component and integration tests
  • Develop and evolve back-end components for algorithm execution
  • Participate in technological watch and define development standards
  • Optimize platform for maximum velocity and scalability
  • Prioritize development tasks with the team
  • Ensure high-quality work delivery
  • Strengthen development team's productivity
  • Oversee development of tactics to achieve objectives
  • Support and lead in problematic situations
  • Play Technical Leader/Mentor role for Squad members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of significant development experience
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Strong knowledge of Python
  • Good knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Knowledge of MLOps best practices
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
