Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare take-out food for customers.
  • Accurately portion and wrap various food items.
  • Utilize both manual and electrical kitchen appliances for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in designated areas.
  • Efficiently manage kitchen waste and garbage disposal.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure they are ready for use.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
