About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing general and specialized maintenance and repairs to our site property, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to site property, including HVAC systems, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting duties
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure site property is in good working condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to AGCO regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respect to patrons and employees
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of working experience and education
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience, with experience with pallet jacks and warehousing an asset
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Certification/license from one of the trade professions would be an asset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Work Environment Considerations
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, driving, some exposure to heat and cold, dust, dirt, non-traditional work hours
