Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing general and specialized maintenance and repairs to site property, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to site property, including HVAC systems, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting duties
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure site property is in good working order
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to AGCO regulations and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respect to patrons and employees
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or comparable combination of working experience and education
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience; experience with pallet jacks and warehousing an asset
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Certification/license from one of the trade professions would be an asset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Work Environment Considerations
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, driving, some exposure to heat and cold, dust, dirt, non-traditional work hours
