Job Summary

Premium Appliance Sales & Service Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales and service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and determining merchandise and services to be sold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales and service staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's goals.
  • Budgeting and Revenue: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the success of our sales and service operations.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our team.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring our sales and service team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales and service role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
