Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Longda Trading Services Co. Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all food and beverage products, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge, enhancing overall productivity and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that all materials and supplies are properly stored and utilized.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food and beverage production environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 36 hours per week.
