Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Findlay Foods (Kingston) Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Manage accounts receivable and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
