Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Ensure safe food preparation for customers with allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist in daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen personnel.
  • Oversee overall kitchen operations to ensure efficiency.
