Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the Pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy Operations:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, including staff supervision and training
    • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to customers and healthcare providers
    • Ensure a positive and welcoming store environment
  • Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels and control access to the dispensary
    • Review stock to identify expired inventory and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and develop a team of Pharmacy professionals
    • Provide coaching and training to staff
