Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at BAWA CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of carpentry and woodworking.

• Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
• Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems
• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
• Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate leveling
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
• Estimate costs and materials for projects
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial structures

• 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
• Permanent employment opportunity
