We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at QUIZNOS SUB. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to handle customer demand.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to meet customer needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct thorough estimates of ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high-quality food and service standards, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our food service operations are financially sustainable.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation and high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our food service operations.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, providing insights to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
