Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service and food quality.

Workplace Safety and Hygiene

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Experience in a culinary role is an asset

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects

Personal Suitability

Client focus, flexibility, team player, and time management skills

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
