Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at 6IXSIDE BURGER INC. as a key member of our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Package take-out food and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with heavy loads to handle.
  • Overtime required, with physically demanding tasks and repetitive work.
  • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
