We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 358078 Alberta Ltd. as a Retail Sales Manager. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandise and Supplies: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and that customers have a positive shopping experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
