Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Transportcity Service Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales assistants, and design team members.
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Store Operations
- Order and manage merchandise inventory, including stock levels and replenishment.
- Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Human Resources
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Financial Management
- Manage cash and financial transactions, including sales, returns, and refunds.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
- Work Schedule
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Term
- Temporary.
