About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at HAIMEN CLEANING SERVICE LTD. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.

  • Assist with Training and Development: Provide training and support to our cleaning staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
