Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities
    • Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Help with meal preparation and serving
    • Assist with mobility and transfer patients
  • Provide Personal Care
    • Assist with toileting and incontinence care
    • Help with wound care and dressing changes
  • Assist with Household Chores
    • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
    • Help with meal preparation and cleaning up
  • Communicate with Clients and Families
    • Communicate effectively with clients and families to understand their needs and preferences
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work as Part of a Team
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
