Job Summary

ZMK Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, instructing apprentices, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Instruct apprentices in construction techniques and safety protocols
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Worker, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
