Compensation Information:
$23.68 per hour
Physical Requirement:
Light, work activities involve handling loads of 5 kg but less than 10 kg; Predominately working in an indoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and execute complete reservation requests with the aim of converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Analyze booking patterns and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance business performance.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate all reservation activities, ensuring adherence to established company protocols and standards.
- Identify guest needs and offer practical recommendations to enrich their anticipated stay.
- Ensure all guest inquiries are addressed in accordance with established service standards.
- Lead the Reservations Agents, providing guidance to foster skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Cultivate a unified Front Office team with shared responsibility for scheduling, task distribution, and managing business demands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Reservations or Front Office operations.
- Committed to collaborating within a dynamic team focused on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to outstanding guest service and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Detail-oriented individual with a keen focus on accuracy and numbers.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving capabilities.
