Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Safeway. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and clinical services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including disease state management, medication reviews, and health risk assessments
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient counseling on new therapies
  • Monitor medication adherence and identify potential drug-related problems
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the province of Alberta
  • Injection certification and previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting an asset
