Physiotherapist - Complex Continuing Care

Baycrest Health Sciences is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Complex Continuing Care unit. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment services to patients with complex geriatric, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to facilitate patient-centered care and program development
- Supervise and mentor physiotherapy students and assistants
- Licensure in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Membership or eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
- Experience working with geriatric populations and multiple medical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Meditech and Microsoft Office
