Physiotherapist - Complex Medical, Neurological Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, Sinai Health. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with complex medical and neurological conditions.
Job Summary:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Physiotherapist to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team environment. You will be responsible for assessing and implementing physiotherapy treatment interventions for patients with complex medical and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients with complex medical and neurological conditions to develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interprofessional team members to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Conduct education and training sessions for patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
- University degree from a recognized Physiotherapy program
- Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word for Windows
