Machine Learning Engineer for App Ads and Gaming

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our App Ads and Gaming team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing novel machine learning solutions for ranking, building scalable foundations, and launching various products that maximize the efficiency of deep funnel app ads delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve large-scale App Ads delivery systems using machine learning methods.
- Explore and implement multistage ranking models, conduct data analysis, and develop feature engineering.
- Participate in the innovation of core App Ads systems using machine learning models and ranking algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and product strategy & operation teams to launch new App Ads products and features.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant majors.
- 13 years of hands-on experience with applying machine learning methods for ranking.
- 13 years of software development experience and strong coding skills, especially in Python/C++. Experience with Tensorflow/PyTorch/MXNet is a plus.
- Experience with recommender system projects.
- Familiarity with online experimentation methods and analytics. Essential knowledge and skills in statistics.
- Curiosity toward new technologies and entrepreneurship.
