Machine Learning Engineer for App Advertising and GamingWe are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for app advertising and gaming. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of how businesses reach their target audiences through innovative ad delivery systems.
Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance large-scale app advertising delivery systems, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Explore advanced multistage ranking models, conduct in-depth data analysis, and design effective feature engineering strategies.
- Contribute to the innovation of core app advertising systems by leveraging machine learning models, ranking algorithms, and other advanced technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and strategic operations teams to launch new app advertising products and features.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (13+ years) applying machine learning methods for ranking algorithms and systems.
- Extensive software development experience (13+ years) with strong coding skills, particularly in Python/C++. Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet is a plus.
- Experience working on recommender system projects and a deep understanding of online experimentation methods and analytics. Strong statistical knowledge is essential.
- A passion for exploring new technologies and a drive to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment.
