Position Overview

As a Delivery Operations Supervisor at Emelle's Catering Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the logistics and delivery team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage delivery personnel, including apprentices and support staff.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales associates effectively to optimize workflow.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure efficient delivery operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.

Qualifications
