Country Cuisine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
