Position Overview

In the role of Project Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Director, you will oversee the project management of successful implementations. This position demands a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit to ensure a superior customer journey.

Key Qualifications
  • A degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in implementing software solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, client-facing projects with effective resource management.
  • Preferred certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
  • A customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding experiences.
Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans to navigate the customer journey from initial engagement to successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align on project objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process, including kickoff meetings, project charters, and regular updates with clients.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify improvement areas.
  • Keep stakeholders informed by sharing insights and feedback collected throughout the onboarding process.

Onboarding and Implementation:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements during the pre-sales phase.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from sales to implementation, ensuring effective communication between all parties.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to keep projects on track and address new requests from clients and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate customer feedback and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for enhancing processes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in the customer experience journey.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and foster open communication.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or related fields.
  • Background in a SaaS startup environment.
