We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team at Enbridge. As a Representative in Customer Care, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and resolving issues related to utility service, billing, and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems.
- Process customer requests and transactions, including billing and collections.
- Investigate and resolve billing exceptions and disputes.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of clerical and customer contact experience.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Customer Information Systems is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills, decision making ability, negotiations and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function within a team.
- Ability to plan and use time effectively.
- Mass market billing experience is an asset.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
