Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records
Ensure that all financial and production records are up-to-date and accurately maintained, providing valuable insights into our farm's performance.
Supervise Farm WorkersCoordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure Farm SafetyImplement and maintain farm safety and bio-security procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Manage Crop ProductionSupervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, ensuring that our crops are produced to the highest standards.
Perform Administrative TasksMaintain work records and logs, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Lead and Develop Team MembersHire and train staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Maintain EquipmentOperate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order.

You will have experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving goals.
