Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled baker to join our team at Good Earth Coffeehouse. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes. You will also be required to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and operate machinery to ensure the quality of our baked goods meets established standards.

Work Environment
As a baker at Good Earth Coffeehouse, you will be working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, where you will be required to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. You will be working in a team environment, and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Ability to distinguish between colours
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye co-ordination
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
