Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

As a Waiter/Waitress at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
