Qualifications:- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or a non-university certificate or diploma lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Home care and visiting care services
- Various locations including hospitals and nursing homes
- Community health centres and group homes
- Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Support meal service and assist patients with feeding.
- Help with patient mobility, including lifting and positioning.
- Transport patients safely within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas.
- Document patient care and rehabilitation progress accurately.
- Respond to patient needs and calls promptly.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent judgment and organizational skills.
- Reliable team player who collaborates effectively.
Preferred candidates will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Employment Type:This is a permanent position with full-time hours ranging from 30 to 44 hours per week.
Language:English is the primary language of work.
