Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Construction-Equipment Operator to join our team at Con Site Construction Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy construction equipment, including graders, milling machines, and screeds.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment, and refill equipment tanks as needed.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment and operate computer-controlled equipment.
  • Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in various locations, including roads and bridges.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
