Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Roof Hound Brewing Co. Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and stay ahead of culinary trends.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our brewing team to create unique and innovative beer-pairing experiences.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced brewery or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
