Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
