Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Risk Consultant to drive successful implementations and deliver exceptional results for our clients at Active Cyber.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and test the Workday Talent module for clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead design and confirmation sessions with clients to ensure successful implementations and meet client/functional requirements.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
- Advise clients on best practices and product knowledge to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Qualifications:
- Workday Certification in Talent and/or other relevant modules.
- 3-5 years project implementation experience and/or experience leading at least 3 full life cycle Workday Talent implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Talent module and Workday Methodology.
- Experience with tenant configurations and tenant builds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
