We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Associate Financial Consultant - Digital Channels to join our team at MD Financial Management. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals through a deep understanding of their personal and professional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients through active listening, rapport-building, and tailored recommendations of MD products and services.
  2. Client Contact Preparation: Prepare for client meetings by gathering relevant information, documenting client notes, and identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and develop new business opportunities to prospect and grow our client base, while ensuring retention of clients through trusted relationships and exceptional service.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including IIROC licensing, Life License, and other industry regulations.
  5. Technology and Tools: Utilize CRM software and other technology tools to support client relationship management and business development.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree in business, commerce, or equivalent.
  2. Licensing and Certifications: IIROC licensed as a Registered Representative (IIROC-RR), Life License (LLQP), and other relevant certifications.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Canada's two official languages is an asset.
  4. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of comfort with technology.
